You can expect to pay at least $50,000 for one hire with a contingency recruiter. Our clients have seen up to six experienced agent hires in one quarter with our model. We don't believe in taking success fees on top of our retainer.
You can pass us leads and ask us to call talent strategically in your network. We are not competing with each other for a fee.
We act as internal recruiters by building out your process, consulting on your offers to ensure that you are set up to win, crafting job descriptions, tailoring recruitment marketing strategies, etc. We do what we need in order to scale your efforts in the market and set you up for success.
Contingency recruiters only get paid when they find you the right person. They do not guarantee that you will see qualified candidates. The key to recruiting experienced agents is consistency and volume. We provide that to our clients by building long-term relationships with you and your firm over time.
